Will Miss you Teddy Kennedy: Debbie Nissim
There’s a great loss today in America with the passing of Teddy Kennedy. I’m old enough to remember Teddy as the younest brother of the president, John Kennedy, and then the surviving son of Joesph Kennedy after the death of Bobby Kennedy. Teddy not only stepped in to be a father figure to the children of his brothers, but to become an imposing figure in the Senate to become known as a senate who was a leader for all. To me, his greatest cause was for quality health care for all, and it is sad that after all these years, America still can’t come to realize his dream that was a dream for all.
He did have personal tragedies and dramas, but he was able to work through those and created a strong family along with helping to create a stronger nation.
He will be missed.
