Discussion: “Glee” Episode 1.7: “Takedown!”

14 October 2009 11 Comments

glee_sue_willHere’s an open discussion for tonight’s episode of Glee, which is titled Takedown!

Do you think Sue will wreck lots of havoc now that she’s co-director of the Glee Club?  Um, of course she will.  Yay, Jane Lynch.  Will Terri finally get what’s coming to her?  Because that woman just needs to get punched in the fake stomach.  Oh and WTF?  Are Ken and Emma really going to get married?!  That’s just a disaster waiting to happen.

And the Glee-ing starts…now.

I wonder how Terri will annoyingly explain how she’s having a boy when the baby she’s going to steal comes out a girl.

okay, the Principal’s Office scene may be the funniest one in the entire show history. I almost spit out the water I was drinking when Jane Lynch was having her tantrum.

    “Not the children!”

I can’t wait for the truth about the pregnancies to come out. I wonder how they’re gonna handle that. Nip/Tuck comes on right after this.

I liked the symbolism with the fifty yard line, well done.

Rachel’s “proper storm out” was great but that sonogram scene was really sad to watch.

Okay, I admit I totally loved this episode.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: This show gets better and better and better.

The whole craziness with the pregnancies is hitting fever pitch now: it CANNOT go much longer before either Will or Finn finds out!!!

And..I know its bad, and I know its not going to go this way once the dust settles, but right now…I’m Team Quinn. I’m not even sure why, coz she’s clearly a lying horrible girl, and yet I just feel its so much easier to empathise with her than Rachel.

Alright I’m way behind but I just watched this ep and Jane Lynch is incredible. Her racial sensitivity had me rolling. I want Will to find out a ditch that witch.
