It’s time to share our questions, comments, and theories about this week’s episode of Lost, called “Happily Ever After ”. It’s Desmond-centric so hang on to those tissues boxes and check for nose bleeds because it’s probably going to be one of those crazy/epic/tear-jerking episodes.

Well, there goes whoever’s theory that this sideways timeline is showing us that everyone’s lives turned out for the better. Desmond isn’t even married to Penny in this alternate reality! Or at least not that we know of.

so is it safe to assume that desmond being transported now is different from what was happening in the time jumps? because before, he was all disoriented and remembered where he had just left. but now he knows exactly whats going on and where hes supposed to go…

I don’t think Charlie is Widmore’s son. Widmore was talking about his musician son (Faraday) wanting to combine rock with classical at the charity event. That’s why they need to get Charlie out of jail to play with Driveshaft. At least that’s the way I understood it.

Oh wow, so going to cry. Charlie is talking about Claire. So, are people right…did they die before they got to the island? The happiness they experienced happened because they did die? I certainly hope this doesn’t end up to be a heaven/hell situation.
The ring, an heirloom of the Pace family, bears the initials of Dexter Stratton, the paternal grandfather of Megan Pace. It first belonged to Liam Pace, Charlie’s brother, who named their band, Drive Shaft, after the initials on the ring. The ring traveled down through the generations, eventually belonging to Liam.

Desmond was really close with Charlie on the Island and close with Penny in the Island timeline too. Desmond was the only one to survive the flashes from going back and forth through time. He had to find his constant for his flashes to stop (Penny) I bet he’ll be having to find her again in this episode. The only thing is, he doens’t know who Penny is.

This episode is so different than all of the other Desmond episodes. It’s strange. I keep waiting for something HUGE to happen. Like really, really huge. Game changing, take-us-into-the-last-8-weeks huge.
