Until I can figure out more of a set game plan (sorry, I deliberately spent the past 8 days not thinking), I’m opening this post up for all of your post-Lost chatter. Any questions you still have or want to bring up here, any comments, any new theories.

We’re in the home stretch and after last week’s insane Willy Wonka trailer, it looks like we’re going to be in for a super bumpy ride. So now it’s time to share our questions, comments, and theories about this week’s episode of Lost, called “The Last Recruit.” Will we find out why Desmond ran over Sideways Locke or will we have to wait another week? If you would have told me that Wes Anderson would make a stop motion film, I would have never believed you. Well with Fantastic Mr. Fox he did just that. The story is based on the children’s novel by Roald Dahl, about a family of foxes and their battle with a few local farmers. Mr. Fox was a great thief and after a near death experience and the birth of his child, he decides to quit, but after moving into a new place, the temptation to steal from the local farmers gets the best of him. The Golden Globe Nominees for 2010 were announced this morning. Here’s the list of nominees. Anyone have any thoughts to share? Personally, I think it’s hilarious that Avatar and It’s Complicated got nominated before they’ve even been released. Also, why no Lost love for Best Television Show - Drama?

This is in response to President Obama’s recent decision to send 30,000 more troops into Afghanistan, while at the same time reiterating the fact that Iraq was and still is the long war and there is a need to pull out to refocus in Afghanistan, which according to the President is the right war. The decision to escalate any war is controversial and this one is no different, even members of President Obama’s own party are divided on the issue. I would like to ask my readers what you think on the issue, elaboration in the comments section is recommended.
